Belt rake
The belt rake lifts the crop from the ground using a pick-up and places it in a loose swath via a conveyor belt. This sifts out stones and dirt, resulting in better forage quality and animal health. The loose and uniform swath allows for a faster driving speed and maximizes throughput, enabling efficient harvesting and avoiding expensive harvesting costs.
Presses
For baling square bales, we rely on the Krone BigPack 1290 HPD VC, which enables an approximately 25% higher baling density. This results in dimensionally stable bales weighing around 500 kg per bale and reduces storage and salvage costs. To reduce these costs even further, we use the Bale Collect wagon. The knife group control of the Krone BigPack 1290 HPD VC offers a choice of 5, 12, 25, 26 and 51 knives. Thanks to an integrated scale and a moisture sensor, we can monitor the quality of our bales at all times.

Böllis production
Our Böllinator can pick up the harvested material directly in the field via a pick-up or process it in stationary operation using a bale breaker. In contrast to conventional pelleting systems, the harvested material is not cut or ground, which preserves its natural structure. The material is pressed into pellets using pressure and friction, creating temperatures of 70-90°C that kill off any germs and bacteria.
The pelleting process opens the cells of the straw, which makes the Böllis® more absorbent and increases their ability to bind ammonia odors. In addition, the breaking up of the lignin layer means that the manure produced from the Böllis® decomposes very quickly in the soil or in the biogas plant.
Silage rollers
Thanks to its high dead weight of around 22 tons, our Claas Xerion 5000 compacts the silage very effectively. We use the crab steering to thoroughly compact even the corners and edges of the silo. The rotating cab provides an excellent view of the silage blade. Additional ballasting on the blade ensures balanced weight distribution and maximum thrust.

Telehandler
With a lifting height of 8.75 m and a lifting capacity of 5.5 t, we can effectively save storage space and easily overcome obstacles such as drop sides. We have several attachments such as buckets, bale tongs and crane hooks at our disposal. Thanks to the 4 steering types, we have the right steering type for every application.
