Liquid manure/digestate treatment
The advantages of manure separation
-
Save storage space
The separation of solids reduces the storage volume by up to 40%. -
Thin phase with a balanced N/P/K ratio
Thanks to the appropriate composition of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash, the thin slurry (also known as filtrate) is ideal for use as fertilizer on land in the region. -
High throughput
Depending on the dry substance and application technology, very high throughput rates can be achieved and ensure maximum efficiency. -
High-quality solid matter
A high-quality solid can be separated from animal manure, which is not only suitable as a high-quality fertilizer but also as a very good input material for biogas plants with a high gas yield.

Decanter centrifuge
With our mobile decanter centrifuge, you can achieve optimum separation of the liquid and solid phases and achieve very high dry substance contents. The decanter centrifuge operates autonomously and can be monitored by our specialist staff via remote maintenance. A mobile pump trolley ensures continuous feeding of the decanter. Particularly in farms and regions with a high phosphate surplus, the decanter centrifuge is ideal for separating liquid manure and fermentation residues due to its high separation efficiency.
The advantages at a glance:
- Suitable for all types of liquid manure and fermentation residues
- Works completely independently
- Remote maintenance by specialist personnel
- Flexible and quickly ready for use anywhere
- High solids and phosphate separation
- Potassium remains in the farm
- Reduction of the storage volume
Press screw separator
We use the TwinSep from Börger and Stade for separation using a press screw. This mobile separation system consists of two press screws with a throughput capacity of up to 240 m³ per hour for liquid manure and fermentation residues. Due to this high capacity, a large amount of manure can be separated in a very short time.
The press screw separator comes as a semi-trailer, works completely independently and can separate any type of liquid manure. We also offer a mobile pump trailer to ensure a continuous supply of the liquid phase.
The advantages at a glance:
- Self-sufficient use
- Achieves high throughputs of up to 240 m³/h
- Reduction of the storage volume
- Production of high-quality solids as input for biogas plants
- High-quality thin phase: perfect for the field, especially for spreading in existing crops such as grassland, cereals, rapeseed and maize
